BLACK FUNGUS WITH BITTER MELON. DAGOE JESIE MET SOPROPO.
Ingredients:
1 large bitter melon
2 garlic cloves
¼ tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
½ cup black fungus
1 small bell pepper
½ tsp light soy sauce
½ tsp sugar
Preparation:
Boil the black fungus with some salt for 10 minutes. They will double in size.
Wash, drain and set aside.
Take the ends of the bitter melon and scrape out the inner part with a small spoon.
Cut the bell pepper and garlic.
Heat up oil in a pan and fry the garlic, black pepper and salt.
Add the bell pepper and the bitter melon and stir.
Add the black fungus, light soy sauce, sugar and stir.
