For aloo matar sabji
5-6medium size potatoes/aloo
1/2 cup matar
4-5 green chillies
1tbsp oil
1tsp rai/mustard seeds
1tsp lal mirch powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder
1tsp sabji masala (any brand)
Pinch of hing powder
Salt as per taste

For Puri
1cup atta
1tsp ajwain
1tsp oil
Oil (for frying)

For Dry fruits Kheer
1/2 kg milk
1tbsp rice
2tbsp sugar
1tbsp chopped almond
1tbsp chopped kaju
1tbsp kishmish
2 kajur chopped
1tbsp dry grated coconut
Saffron 3-4 strips
