Shrikhand is made by using homemade curd by hanging it and making hung curd. This easy dessert is the perfect after dinner sweet. I have shared four ways or four flavours of making shrikhand recipe with hung curd .

Ingredients :-
750 grms Curd
8tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Pineapple
1/4 cup Cherry
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
Dry Fruits (Cashews, Pistachio, Raisins, Anjeer, Almonds)
Kesar (Saffron)
Rasmalai (2 piece)
(Note :- Serves 450 grms Shrikhand of sifferent flavour)
