Join me on my next Geordie Ramble as I walk from Whitley Bay to Cullercoats — this time with my first special guest, my childhood friend Joe.

We set out following a Treasure Trail along the coast, but the weather has other plans and we end up cutting the route short. Even so, it’s a gentle, enjoyable walk with sea air, familiar places, and plenty of space to talk.

As we walk, we chat about home — what it means to us, where we’ve lived over the years, and how our sense of home has changed with time. It’s a relaxed, conversational ramble, shaped as much by the conditions as by the memories.

Apologies in advance for some wind noise and grainier footage as the light fades — winter walking comes with its challenges.
