Описание: In this healthy lifestyle vlog, I take you through a day of high protein meals showing you how I create easy recipes that taste amazing and are perfect for losing weight.

This is my what I eat in day high protein edition hitting more than 100g of protein per day. My meal plan for weight loss focuses on including lots of healthy fresh foods like fruits and veggies and of course lots of high protein options making low calorie meals that keep me satisfied. I also love to meal plan for weight loss so I often make bigger batches of these recipes that I then have the following days making my weight loss journey so much easier with a busy lifestyle.

So far I've lost 16.5kg (or 36lbs) so subscribe to follow along on my weight loss journey after having my second baby 🥰

Remember everyone's definition of healthy is different so this is what works for me for weight loss and to feel good.

RECIPES

Basa with parsley sauce & garlicky potatoes (recipe by Tesco)

350g baby potatoes
Olive oil
1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
½ lime, zested and juiced
1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3-4 tbsp roughly chopped parsley
3 tbsp plain flour
1 pack skinless and boneless basa fillets

Tomato soup
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
1 can butter beans
1 carrot
2 celery stalks
1 kg tomatoes
2 tsp herbs de Provence
1 tbsp olive oil
