Today I’m back indoors potting on my peppers, chillies and aubergines 🌱
They’re starting to get a bit leggy now, so it’s time to move them into bigger pots and give those roots more room to grow. It’s amazing how quickly they shoot up this time of year — but they definitely need that extra space to stay strong and healthy.
Being over 60 doesn’t stop me getting stuck in — if anything, gardening keeps me moving! There’s always something to do at the allotment or at home, and these little jobs now make all the difference later in the season.
If yours are looking tall and spindly too, it might be time to pot on!
