TIME TO DEFINE! In just 20 minutes YOU will completely work your total UPPER BODY and all you need are your resistance bands!
During this 20 minute upper body resistance band workout we will train each muscle group individually to maximize our efforts and build a strong and solid upper body. Grab your resistance bands and get ready to feel that shake! The bands look so innocent, but you will be amazed at how effective they are!
Including resistance bands in your training schedule is an awesome way to mix things up and challenge your body in a whole new way! Resistance bands are also perfect if you are a beginner to strength and resistance training because they introduce you to a variety of strength building exercises and they are a super affordable and convenient option as well!
For this 20 minute workout, we begin with a 2 minute warm up to wake up the muscles and get the blood flowing! We follow that with five rounds that we will work through twice. Each round we will superset three exercises to really build those muscles. For each individual exercise, we will work for 30 seconds and get a nice 20 seconds of recovery after the round.
Remember, this is your workout! Make it count, go at your own pace, focus on form, take extra recovery when needed, and challenge yourself! We make those changes and reach our goals when we dig deep and go for it, so give it all you've got!
