In this Quick Tip, Luz teaches us an alternate version of the Wall Angel ( • The Wall Angel ) exercise. Keeping your arms straight during this version will give you an added stretch to the biceps brachii muscle and add an additional challenge to strengthening the middle traps and rhomboids.

Strengthening the upper back, and opening up the chest to unwind "desk posture".
