New week and new workout challenge for you to try!
Check the preview and proper form of our MWOW #2 (Maya's workout of the week). Today we are doing 10 min EMOM with 2 exercises. Before EMOM we will also do some core activation to really feel those abs.
Follow along workout will be uploaded on Friday.

3. Bicycle Abs
Part 2: 10 min EMOM
1. Burpees 3x
2. Back Lunges or Walking Lunges (for the remaining of the minute)
