Hi Everyone, this in my take on a lauriat favorite
Ingredients:
2pcs 250g to 300g per piece Pigeon
1 liter Water
500 ml Superior Soy Sauce
300 g Rock Sugar
30 g Salt
5 pcs Star Anise
2 pcs Cinnamon Bark
3 pcs Choggor Nuts
3 pcs Laurel Leaves
3 pcs Orange Peel
Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients is a stock pot and bring to a boil. Add the pigeon and let it simmer for 15 mins.
Remove pigeon and pat dry.
Deep Fry until golden brown.
For the dipping sauce, add salt, pepper and five spice powder. ratio is 1:1:1
