How To Cook Soy Sauce Pigeon
INGREDIENTS :
2pcs. Pigeon
1/2 cup Marinade Sauce
4 cloves Garlic
Ginger
PROCEDURE :
1.) Garlic : crushed and peeled
Ginger: rinse, peeled and sliced
Pigeon : cut the head, feet and end parts of pigeons. The pigeons must be cleaned after they bought back, including the internal organs, inside the chest, the throat of the neck are all cleaned. Used 2 Tbsp of coarse salt, rub with salt over the pigeons and then rinse with cold running water. Pat dry with paper towel.
2. ) Prepare a pan, pour some oil. Stir fry garlic, add ginger in and continue to stir frying, dish out and set aside.
3. ) Pam fried all sides of pigeons to be golden, add cooked garlic and ginger into the pan
4.) Pour Chinese Marinade Soy Sauce into the cup, fill up until half cup and then pour the Marinade Sauce in to the pan. Add 1 cup of water, bring to boil. Cover and turn the fire into low, cook for atleast 30 minutes. Turn over from time to time, let the pigeons fully absorb the aroma and taste of marinade sauce Cover and continue to simmer, check and turn over again to prevent from burning.
5.) When the pigeons is fully cooked or wilted, turn the fire high to thicken the sauce. Dish out and put on the serving plate. And Serve
