Hello my beloved YouTube family. In this video, I am making one of my most favourite sweet, the very well known Coconut Candy/ Coconut Barfi in Rose & Pandan flavours. This is made out of a thoughtful commercial idea. So, one can use this recipe if you have plans to sell them and make a living out of it.❤

Kindly refer to the key ingredients of this cocolicious delight & it's measurements as listed below.

INGREDIENTS for Coconut Candy

■ 4 large grated coconut; approximately 900g (white flesh only)
■ 2 cans sweetened creamer
■ 1tsp fine salt
■ 2.5cups sugar
■ 2-3tsp pandan paste (Pandan Coconut Candy)
■ 2-3drops pink food colouring/ gel (Rose Candy)
■ 1tsp rose essence (Rose Candy)
■ 1tbsp butter
■ 2-3pandan leaves (knotted)

□ reduce/increase sugar as per your preferences

Alternatives: If you do not have Rose essense/ pink food colouring you may use 2tbsp Rose Syrup.
