preparation time 30 mimutes
ingredients for kothey
Step -1
1 mutton mince meat 300 gm
2 cabage cjopped 100 hm
3 chopped onion 60 gm
4 ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
5 chopped cilantro 2 tbsp
6 spring onion chopped 20 gm
7 chopped gree chilli 4 pc
8 oil 15 ml
9 butter 1 tbsp
10 salt and paper ro taste
11 Chicken stock powder 1/2 tsp
12 soya sauce1 tsp
Step - 2
prepare merthod
heat pan add oil and mutton mince saute till meat get dry then add butter ,ginger garlic paste saute few seconds then add cabage,onions saute for few second then pour on a bowel let it for cool then add chopped chilli along with cillantro,spring onion,salt and paper,stock powder,and soya sauce mix them well.and keep aside.
Let's prpare momo dhow.
Step= 2
1 All propose flour 600 gm
2 Corn flour 1 tbsp
3 salt 1 tsp
4 oil 1 tsp
5 water as requierd
6 aditional oil 1 tbsp
7 aditional 1 cup water
One bowel add flour,cornflour,salt and oil mix well add 1 cup water mix well if requierd more water you van add make hard smooth dhow kneed the dhow thijt then cover let it rest for 15 minutes
Step - 4
on the clean table sprinkle 1 tbsp dry flour
Then dhow kneed again for few second then make long shape cut into a small ,small pieces about to 10 gm . Rollit like pancake shape then stuff mince and close and make cressant shapedumpling repeat as same procces to all dhow .
Step -5
heat pan add1 Tbsp oil let pan hut properly
Add all dumpling seal few second on low heat add 1 ysp butter, 1 cup warm then lid on about to 5 minutes on low heat .after 5 minute lid off then check if there still balence water if balence water let it simmer few second after dry water serve on serving plate with nepali momo achar.
