Ingredients:
2 cups (260 grams) flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons (80 grams) sugar
the zest of 2 lemons
1 1/2 cups (220 grams) chopped fresh strawberries
3/4 cups (165 ml.) cream
1 egg
Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Oven temp. 425 degrees Fahrenheit
