Hi!! I’m Yael Luski Lawrence, MS, BC-DMT — Board Certified Dance Movement Therapist, yoga instructor, mama + lifelong mover. For 25+ years I’ve helped children and adults reconnect to their bodies through nervous system–informed, therapeutic movement. I believe movement is medicine — and listening inward changes everything🤍✨
This 15 minute LYMPH flow begins on the ground to support grounding + nervous system regulation, then progresses onto the vibration plate to enhance circulation and lymphatic stimulation.
Grounding matters.
When your body feels supported by the earth, your nervous system can shift out of survival mode. Floor-based movement regulates breath, gently decompresses the spine, and prepares your fascia and lymphatic system for deeper flow. From there, vibration amplifies circulation and fluid movement.
I created this routine — inspired by Tai Chi, fascial maneuvers + teachers I respect deeply — @humangarage @mikerholland @wildcard.wellness @jules_horn — layered with decades of dance movement therapy and lived experience learning to listen inward.
Some days I do this entire flow exactly as shown.
Some days I mix it up.
Done is better than perfect.

THE GOAL:
To support lymphatic flow, fascia hydration, spinal decompression, and nervous system regulation through intentional, rhythmic movement.
THE WORKOUT STRUCTURE:
• Total Time: 15 minutes
• Format: Continuous flow
• Equipment: Bodyweight + vibration plate (optional modification: complete entire flow on floor)
