Welcome to Day 6 of the 7-Day Strong Upper Body Challenge!
Today’s workout focuses on:
✔️ Shoulder strength for handstand entries
✔️ Core and back control
✔️ Palm and forearm strength
✔️ Upper body stability
In this workout we use exercises like Elbow Plank and Pike Push-Ups, where the shoulders move slightly forward — the same position needed for handstand entries like kick-ups and press-ups.
We’ll also work on the core and back muscles to improve body control, and train palm pressure and forearm strength, which are essential for holding balance in a handstand.
🧘 For this workout you’ll only need a yoga mat.
