This 35-minute trauma-informed yoga session focuses on gentle heart opening while supporting nervous system regulation and emotional grounding.
Using trauma-sensitive variations of Camel Pose and Locust Pose, combined with grounding and stabilising breathwork, this practice promotes:
• Safe heart-opening and spinal extension
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional steadiness and self-compassion
• Gentle release of tension in the chest, shoulders, and back
All movements are adaptable — you are encouraged to listen to your body and skip or modify anything that doesn’t feel safe.
