This 30 - minute trauma-informed yoga practice is designed to support chronic pain and nervous system regulation.
Using bilateral stimulation, Sama Vritti (equal ratio breathing), and deep, sustained stretches, this session gently supports down-regulation and pain sensitivity reduction.
This practice may be supportive if you experience:
• Persistent or chronic pain
• Stress-related muscular tension
• Pain flare-ups linked to anxiety
• Nervous system sensitisation
Rather than pushing into intensity, we focus on safety, pacing and building regulation capacity.
You are always invited to adjust, pause or skip anything that doesn’t feel supportive.
