This video is intended to support those suffering from foot pain, plantar fasciitis, bunions, metatarsalgia, or a general sense of foot weakness or fatigue. Strengthening the feet and maintaining healthy foot mobility improves joint alignment, which usually alleviates pain. Try these exercises a few times per week for best results. Many of these strengthening exercises can be performed within footwear, provided that there is a large enough toe box. These movements can become part of your daily routine, for example, while brushing your teeth.
