Marathon number 20, in Dublin, turned out to be the most difficult of all so far for me, for a number of reasons - a lesson in never taking on 26.2 when your head isn't in it - but in how finding your reasons to keep going can overcome any kind of adversity on the day.
If you’ve ever hit the wall, struggled mentally, or watched your race slip away — you’ll relate to this one. Sometimes it’s not about the PB… it’s about the fight to keep moving forward.
