Step by Step explanation for Beginner yoga which can be done at home or Office using "just" a Chair. These asanas can be easily done within 10 minutes for a healthy body. Chair Yoga is the answer to the limitations we might face while practising yoga asanas. For example:
-not having a mat at home, in office or while traveling
-having pain or injury in joints
limitations in mobility due to other reasons
Now you can take out 10 minutes from your daily routine, while taking a break from work while working from home or in office.
Any type of chair can be used for practising these asanas. Now there is no excuse to avid exercise.
Long hours of sitting in office can lead to stiff back, with aches and pain. The chairs at home are not ergonomically designed, further adding to the risks.
The simple poses will help you reduce stiffness in your back, make the spine more flexible (with regular practice), and relieve you of the pains and aches in the back, Not only this, these poses will help you make your back and lesg stronger.
The cat cow stretch is specifically for flexibility of spine and relief from back ache. The eagle pose is to make the arms strong and the elbows and wrists more flexible (constant typing on computers can cause pain in elbow and wrists). The 2nd video is on Warrior 2 pose, which is a great all body work out, working on overall fitness - arms, back, core and legs.
The last video in this series is pigeon pose which is great for relieving back pain
