Starting with Forgiveness
Forgiveness and letting go is a great tool to living a happy life. Letting go of the grudge and resentment helps us feel lighter, and happier.
I used to have negative feelings for people who I think caused me hurt. But I soon realized the only person suffering due to this resentment is me..
Then I started practising forgiveness on the advice of a guru. It changed my life completely.
By letting go of the negative feelings I started feeling lighter. .it did not mean I would accept those people back in my life, or forget the past experiences. it only means that I stopped suffering myself. I wished compassion and empathy for them while feeling lighter and relaxed myself. I started feeling happier and my health improved as well.

The 2nd tool is Mindfulness
Mindfulness helps us get access to our inner calm. Watch the video to know how and why to practice mindfulness.😇😇 Staying connected with the breath, and experiencing every moment, without always being caught up in the chain of thoughts, is the way to go.

The next tool is Compassion
Practice Compassion Meditation, generate more positive emotions of unconditional love, empathy, forgiveness. Open your Heart Chakra and fill your life with positivity. Feel more connected with the world, with all beings.

The next tool is Gratitude.
Feeling grateful and positive about what we have, does not come naturally to our mind. And yet it is such a great tool that many research studies all over the world have proven the positive health benefits of this practice. The mind is wired to think negative. But by practising gratitude, we being back the positivity, and keep focus on the good things as well.
