雞翅10個
原味無糖優酪 240ml
鹽1/2匙
白胡椒1/4匙
大蒜粉1/4匙
【脆皮酥炸粉】
中筋麵粉1 1/2杯
鹽1匙
黑胡椒粉1匙
大蒜粉1/2匙
匈牙利紅椒粉1匙
泡打粉1匙
韓國辣椒片1匙
【醬汁】
韓國辣椒醬2大匙
蜂蜜2大匙
黑糖2大匙
醬油2大匙
蒜末2大匙
薑末1大匙
植物油1大匙
香油1大匙
白芝麻1匙
韓國辣椒片½茶匙

This recipe is super easy and taste so good. I’m cooking it with an oven instead of deep-frying, the chicken wings🍗 still crispy and juicy. Spicy and sweet sauce coating all over the wings, nothing better serving with Korean radish pickled and beer. 🍻
【Marinade】
10 chicken wings
240ml plain and unsweetened yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
【Crispy Coating】
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp chili flakes
【Sauce】
2 tbsp gochujang paste
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp chili flakes
