The Secret to Getting Our Prayers Answered

In this devotion, we have used the Apostle Paul's Letter to the Romans (Romans 10:17), our Lord Jesus' own instructions (Matthew 18:19), and Habakkuk's instructions from God that we studied yesterday (Habakkuk 2:2).

For all New Covenant believers, we know from Romans 10:17 that our faith comes from hearing the Word. Applying this scripture and Jesus' instructions in Matthew 18:19, we know that the Word shows us how "two in agreement" works to get our prayers answered. When we return to Habakkuk 2:2, we learn that when we write things down, something changes: ALL WHO READ OUR REQUEST KNOW OUR REQUEST. Even when we are unable to get another believer on earth to agree with us, we can still publish our request by writing it down and posting it in a conspicuous place where ALL who pass by can read our request.

This means that any and all of our angels-- even a legion of angels, will become our partners in agreement, and will take our prayer request up to Zion, and present it to the Father. Such a company will ensure that the Father receives our request in every instance.
