Ingredients:
• 1 Derby Dave's Keema Restaurant Kit
• 4 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 4 Cloves of garlic finely chopped
• 1 Inch / 2.5cm of ginger grated
• 2 Medium red onions thinly sliced
• 1 tin of good quality chopped tomatoes
• 750g of beef mince
• 1 tsp of salt
• 1 Large bell pepper any colour diced into approximately 2 cm squares
• 3 Cups of rice (ideally basmati)
• 3 Tablespoons of fresh coriander
• To finish the dish: Garnish with fresh chopped coriander
