At 11 weeks pregnant, I’m finally starting to add harder workouts back into my training — even if those workouts look a little different than normal.
After being diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma, I had to adjust my mileage, rethink intensity, and really listen to my body. In this vlog, I’m sharing:
• My weekly mileage at 11 weeks pregnant
• How I structure harder workout days
• What I changed after the subchorionic hematoma diagnosis
• My lifting routine during pregnancy
• How my body is feeling right now
• Energy, fatigue, and physical changes (including HR and HRV)
• Balancing training and time with friends
Pregnancy as a competitive runner is full of unknowns, listening to your body, and adjusting as you go.
