Описание: What happened to my right chest is a common question on my social media - So this video is to give answer to that.
To share my learning from the incident

What happened?
in 2013 after not placing well in Mr India contest - i decided to work hard for next year

I never cared about factors for good and sound progress

I was sleep deprived
Stressed
Depressed
Angry
Did not take time off after the contest

all the above lead to my injury - i was bench pressing with 190kgs and on second rep my right chest completely detached from my chest
I had option to go for surgery that would compromise my strength in my shoulder, that would affect my other muscles also
Ii had option to get it healed and slowly start rehab I opted for slow process and that is the reason why you see dent
**learning - never oversee rest and recovery knowledge**
i took complete rest that time - but recently rehab experts want you to start working with band immediately to increase blood flow and reduce the scar marking post injury
