exercise name: well lunge
spring load: 1 yellow spring
challenge:
two yellow springs
stepping forward as far as you can in the well
getting up into your toes in the carriage (off the knee)
jumping over the back platform to increase tension (changing the Well Lunge into a Back Lunge)
don’t:
let your calf fall back as you lower
let your knee go forward as you rise
push down with your knee on the carriage (push through your target foot’s heel
