Bahan-bahan :
1 kg daging babi
1 sdm cengkeh
1 butir pala
25 siung bawang putih
1 buah cabe merah besar
10 buah cabe rawit (sesuai selera)
1 sdm ketumbar
1/2 sdm garam
1/4 kg gula
3 lembar daun limau
1 sdm merica bubuk
Minyak untuk menggoreng
