2 buah lobak ukuran kecil
1 buah wortel ukuran besar (sesuai selera)
1 batang prei
minyak goreng secukupnya
air secukupnya
1 sdm merica bubuk
1 sdm garam (secukupnya)
bawang gorang secukupnya
1,5 kaldu bubuk

Bahan bumbu ulek
16 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri
ketumbar secukupnya
