The focus of today's class is to open up and stretch out the upper body, using the breath as a guide. We begin with a seated warm-up and progress into lunges, warrior II, triangle, and eagle pose. The class ends with a full relaxation. A blanket or cushion can help this class by providing extra comfort and support. As always, take it easy and enjoy your practice.
