A lesson idea for your Pole Instructor Planbook, starring THE STRADDLE INVERT! This is the sample lesson included with the Pole Instructor Planbook.
Once your students can invert, encourage them to smooth out the entry with these different ways to dance their invert! Your studio's trick names might be different, but here they are, as I know them:
1. Fan Kick to Invert
2. Fairy or Fireman Spin to Invert
3. Dip Turn to Back Hook to Invert
4. Windmill or Helicopter Invert
I like to pick a song that has a good beat drop and challenge students to try and hit the invert at the right moment! It's a great way to build freestyle and flow in with strength training.
