Moderate to Intermediate strength class.
Build a deep burn in all muscles of your legs and side body.
This class Is so great to keep your legs and hips strong, your lower back stable & will compliment absolutely everyones lifestyle… runners, gym goers , desk sitters.. you name It.
Up the resistance with ankle weights or keep it body weight and add resistance next time.
It is so important to keep all parts of the hips and glutes strong to avoid or settle tight hip flexors, lower back pain & other “niggles”
This class is pre and post natal friendly how ever this Is some lateral flexion (Bending to Side) & some light core work.
I suggest if you’re not comfortable or you are in the later part of your pregnancy you either modify with a simple side plank or plank on knees. You might even like to skip it completely. The beauty of pre recorded classes.
