Moderate - intermediate workout.
Faster paced, FUN!
If you’re feeling like you’re in a funk this class will pull you out of that and have you feeling energised, you might even want to do a short ab finisher after ;)
Opt for no jumping for Pre & postnatal friendly option and always know you can modify with a basic squat or lunge. Modify mountain climbers with a high plank or plank on knees.
No equipment needed, how ever if you have ankle weights pop them on.
Grab a bottle of water to have near by, take care and work with in your limits & knowledge of movement!
