Grab a pillow or pilates ball, some light hand weights and your pilates mat.
This class is suitable to all levels, if you are starting out your pilates journey just make sure you slow the movements down and focus on your stabilising leg and breath.
We work through 5 unilateral exercises, some faster pace standing & core work to challenge your balance, we then finish with 5 more unilateral exercises.
