Hi guys welcome back to a new video. Todays video I filmed myself yet again working out and trying out the Darihana Nova's slim thick guide. This is my second time trying out this guide but this time I am giving it my 100% time and attention, I want to see how it goes since I did start school again, so I need to see how I manage time for my workouts and school heheh! But yes I hope you guys stay tuned for this ride and weightloss journey with me!

Cardio of choice
I will explain on Saturdays video what it is I do for this cardio routine.
my take on 12-3-30. I begin with incline of 1 for 3-5 minutes and after 3-5minutes on that incline I increase my incline to 3 after the 3-5 minutes I go to incline of 6, til I reach incline of 12 and every 3-5 I switch between the inclines of 1,3,6,9,12 this helps me sweat a lot more and gets my heart rate going to help burn more fat. This is my favorite type of cardio routine I set for myself.
Elliptical I do for 30 minutes
Hiking whenever I get the chance to go hiking.
Jump roping (my favorite type of cardio to do as well)
