We'll be going deep into three core teachings:

1.) Letting go of what's no longer serving you;
2.) Reconnecting to your deepest anchor;
3.) Making space to manifest your next life chapter.

I will share daily teachings on a variety of different topics and practices, including:

➼ Embodiment practices, meditations, and tools
➼ Mindset shifts for easier acceptance, letting go, and transitions
➼ Discussion about why most of our attempts at letting go do not work
➼ Different practices and meditations that will help you "reset"
➼ The relationship between intuitive guidance, purpose, and manifestation
➼ Visualization practices for clearer guidance on your next steps
