Baking Decadent Cinnamon Rolls Without a Mixer

Описание: For the longest time I never tried to make Cinnamon rolls at home because I thought you really needed to own a stand mixer to make them well. Turns out with a little patience and a lot of kneading they are perfect. These soft, supple and decadent cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting will make your sweet tooth happy. For a softer and chewier roll use bread flour instead of regular all purpose flour. As always the ingredient list is below. Make sure and check us out on Facebook for extras I don't post on YouTube. Ingredients: makes 8 cinnamon rolls, more if cut smaller

Dough:
4 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 TBSP yeast
1 TBSP vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs
1 cup of warm milk (110F approx.)
5 TBSP salted butter

Filling:
1 stick salted butter softened
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 TBSP ground cinnamon


Icing:
4 TBSP salted butter softened
4 oz cream cheese softened
1 1/2 cup powder sugar
2 TBSP milk
1 TBSP vanilla
