Old School Cinnamon Rolls. No Mixer!!

Cinnamon Rolls:
1/4 cup melted salted butter
1 cup evaporated milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tablespoon fast rise yeast
Let yeast mixture proof between 75 to 90° for 15 minutes
Add:
1 large egg
2 and 1/2 cups bread, flour
Knead dough with 4 tablespoons salted butter for 10 to 15 minutes, then let dough proof at least one hour between 75 to 90°
Filling:
1 and 1/2 sticks, softened, salted butter
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
After dough has proofed, roll out and add filling. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Let proof another 15 minutes then add egg wash. bake on 375° between 15 to 20
minutes.
Frosting:
1 stick or 8 tablespoon salted butter
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
