These bagels are easy to make, high in protein and fiber and so delicious! You can make them with only four simple ingredients and enjoy with your favorite toppings!

Ingredients:
200g (approx. 1 cup) cottage cheese
125g (1 cup) whole wheat flour*
⅓ tsp salt
1½ tsp baking powder
Sesame seeds (optional)
1.Strain the cottage cheese from excess liquid
2.Add the remind ingredients and mix with a spatula until well combined. It will look like small crumbs.
3.Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes until it comes together and doesn't stick to your hands. If it sticks to your hands add 1 tbsp flour.
4.Divide into 4 equal balls and form bagels
5.Brush with a little water and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning of your choice
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190C / 375F. Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
all flours are different so you may need add a little extra flour at the end of kneading if necessary, about 1 tablespoon.
