With all the weak glutes out there in the world it's easy to overlook the hamstrings when you're in a hurry. If you or your client are already comfortable on the Reformer, try these intermediate exercises for something new. Remember to watch the pelvis for any anterior or posterior tilting that may show up with any increased in challenge.
