Cheesy Chicken Rolls | Crispy & Irresistible Snack Recipe!
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless (Murgi) - 1/2 Kg Cut into big pieces
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste) - 1 Tbsp
Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) - 1 Tsp level
Salt (Namak) - 1/2 Tsp
Water (Pani) - 1/2 Cup
Oil (Tail) - 2 Tbsp
Onion (Pyaaz) - 4 Medium size finely chopped
Crushed Red Chilli (Kuti v lal Mirch) - 1 Tsp full or as per taste
Cumin Powder (Zeera pisa wa) - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder (Pisa wa Dhania) - 1 Tsp level
Whole Spice Powder (Gram Masala Powder) - 1/4 Tsp
Tikka Masala - 1 Tsp
Tandoori Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Soya Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Chicken Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt (Namak) - 1/2 Tsp or as per taste
Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania) - 2 Tbsp chopped
Cream Cheese - 6 Tbsp
Or you can add Cheddar Cheese - 100 gm
Mozzarella Cheese - 100 gm
Assembling:
Roll sheets - As required
All purpose Flour Paste
Oil - For Frying
This quantity can make 26 large rolls with Large Square Roll sheets and 35 with Triangle Roll sheets.
Smokey BBQ Roll
Ingredients:
Chicken Boneless (Murgi) - 1 Kg Cut into 1 inch cube size
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste) - 1 Tbsp full
Crushed Red Chilli (Kuti v lal Mirch) - 1 Tbsp or as per taste
Chicken Tikka Masala (Shan) - 3 Tbsp full
Chicken Tandoori Masala (Shan) - 2 Tbsp Full
Yogurt (Dahi) - 3/4 Cup
Lemon (Limo) - 1 Large
Oil (Tail) - 1 Tbsp
Charcoal (Koila) - For Smoke
Assembling:
Roll sheets - As required
All purpose Flour Paste
Oil - For Frying
This quantity makes 35 to 36 rolls using large square roll sheets.

Ingredients:
Oil (Tail) - 3 tbsp
Chicken (boiled & shredded) - 1 & 1/2 cups
Carrot (Gajar), julienne - 3 medium size
Cabbage (Band Gobi), julienne - 1 small
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) - 2 small, cut in small cubes
Green Onion (Hari Pyaz) - 3/4 cup
Boiled Peas (Ubla hua Matar) - 1 cup
Salt (Namak) - 1 tsp or to taste
Crushed Black Pepper (Kuti Kali Mirch) - 1 tsp (full)
Crushed Red Chilli (Kuti Lal Mirch) - 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Vinegar (Sirka) - 1 tbsp
Chicken Powder - 1 tsp
Assembling:
All-purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 & ½ tbsp
Water (Pani) - As required
Roll Sheets - As required (22 to 25)
Oil – For frying
