Ingredients:
• All-purpose flour
• Butter
• Warm water
• Salt
• Yeast
• Sugar
• Kalonji (Nigella seeds)
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Ghee
Method (Quick Steps):
Activate yeast with warm water and sugar.
Mix flour, salt, butter, and yeast mixture to form a soft dough.
Let the dough rest until it rises.
Divide and roll into kulcha shapes.
Sprinkle kalonji and coriander leaves.
Cook on a hot tawa until golden spots appear.
Brush with ghee and serve warm.
