Hey folks! I did another experimental home brew and it worked a treat! In this film I made a Dandelion and Burdock (D&B) flavoured hard apple cider using the turbo cider method, which involves using apple juice from concentrate instead of apples. The D&B flavour came from a 2 litre bottle of D&B pop (soda pop). In order to get the flavour from the pop, I run it through an air still to extract the water and leave a concentrate D&B flavour. I added tea bags for tannins and some brew sugar to increase the ABV as the pop was no added sugar.

The resulting cider literally tastes like alcoholic Dandelion & Burdock, it is medium sweet and very delicious, I shall certainly be making this one again in future.

The film includes all stages of the brewing process including ingredients, recipe, air stilling the dandelion and burdock, recipe, bottling, opening and tasting. Hope you enjoy the film, cheers folks!!
