Hey folks! In this film, I'll be trying a new way to make hard apple cider using bottles of carbonated IRN-BRU fizzy pop (soda), which I will distill in order to remove the water and concentrate the flavouring. I then add the concentrated flavouring to apple juice from concentrate in order to make the cider using the turbo cider method. The net result is a nice flavoured cider, although the IRN-BRU flavour isn't particularly strong and I think that this could have done with more IRN-BRU in their, something to consider for next time.
