【生產力局】夏季暑期實習計劃 2024 - 展示無限潛力、創造力

Описание: 生產力局今屆夏季實習生有來自海外及本地學生。喺過去嘅10個星期，佢哋除咗可以同一班經驗豐富嘅導師一齊參與唔同嘅科研項目，亦有跟隨管理層進行影子實習。佢哋仲參加咗Storytelling演講工作坊，幫佢地解鎖潛能。此外，佢哋仲參觀咗本地及大灣區合作夥伴嘅公司，了解生產力局如何協助業界推行及實現「新質生產力」及「智能微工廠」，認識生產力局關鍵發展要素，包括創新、高質量、綠色同人才。最後，喺「敢於嘗試」項目匯報上，夏季實習生展示佢哋嘅無限潛力同創造力，包括各種新穎而有意義的理念。

This year's summer InnoTalent of HKPC included both local and international students. Over the past 10 weeks, they not only had the opportunity to work alongside experienced mentors on various research projects but also participated in shadowing internships with the management team. Additionally, they attended “The Art of Storytelling in Presentations: Boosting Your Impact” to unlock their potential. Furthermore, they visited local and Greater Bay Area partner companies to understand how the HKPC assists the industry in implementing and achieving "New Productive Forces" and "Microfactories." They learned about HKPC's key development elements: innovation, high quality, green initiatives, and talent development. Finally, during the “Dare to Try” project presentations, the summer InnoTalent showcased their limitless potential and creativity through various innovative and meaningful ideas.
