Get ready for some serious lower body and abs burn with today's 35 minute dumbbell strength workout. We have a series of no repeat, weighted exercises targeting your quads, hamstrings, calves, glutes and an entire core. Just as you would with any other muscle groups, your core responds best to resistance training, therefore using dumbbells is a great way to strengthen your core and also build abs.
Equipment needed:
-dumbbells 2 X 5kg/ 11lb, 10kg/ 22lb
-yoga block
-non slip mat
