It is day 22 of REBOOT and today we have a Pyramid style strength workout using heavy dumbbells and a bench or a chair for some Bulgarian lunges. It is a time based Pyramid workout, in which we will work for 30s/ 50s/ 30s with 25s rest period between each set.
Equipment needed:
dumbbells- 2 X 5kg/ 11lb, 10kg/ 22lb, 15kg/ 33lb
