Hello, amazing workout crew! 🌟 Welcome to this 20min resistance band upper body session. We will work back, chest, shoulders and core throughout the 4 circuits where each consists of 3 exercises, 2 with band, one bodyweight. Each circuit is repeated twice.
This is a quick session, but don't underestimate such short trainings, they will work you pretty well.
This workout is perfect to do anywhere as resistance band is easy to pack or store.
