"She tells him to take care of himself and he nods."

🔊 WHAT DISAPPEARS:
• "him" → just "m" (loses everything but the final sound)
• "to" → "t" (vowel nearly gone)
• "of" → just a V sound (same reduction as last week)
• "himself" → loses the H, shrinks to "imself"
• "and" → "n" (reduced to a single sound)
• "he" → loses the H, becomes just "ee"
Six reductions. The whole middle of the sentence is a river of connected sound.

🥁 THE RHYTHM:
3 strong beats carry the meaning: TELLS, CARE, NODS. She tells him something. Take care. He nods. Three beats, three actions. Everything else gets squeezed between them — 6 syllables crammed between "care" and "nods."

🔄 BACKWARDS BUILD:
himself → care of himself → take care of himself.
Four words, but it sounds like one phrase. The "of" is just that tiny V gluing it together.
